NET25 artist Shira Tweg teases new projects
Isa si Shira Tweg sa ipinakilalang 32 new talents recently ng NET25 para sa kanilang Star Center Artist Management, headed by Eric Quizon.
Ipinahayag ni Shira ang pasasalamat at kagalakan sa mga nagawa sa kanya ng NET25, partikular sa mga workshop na sumabak siya.
Aniya, “I’m super blessed, kasi, they really helped me within those three months, they really helped me to enhance my voice, acting, dance, everything, as in…
“Kaya I’m super blessed po talaga, kasi I have this kind of opportunity,” masayang pahabol pa ng talented na dalagita.
Nabanggit pa ni Shira na masaya siya sa batch nila dahil para silang isang pamilya na.
“Iyan po ang pinaka-mas na-feel ko talagang special, kasi yung group po namin, lahat po kami we felt like a family talaga. As in, parang we care for each other, like so much po talaga. Like, kunwari someone needs help, we reach out, everything.
“So, super blessed ako to have this kind of group, na rito po ako napunta. Para kaming magkakapatid po talaga rito,” seryosong sambit pa ni Shira.
Prior to this, nakilala ang magandang bagets bilang singer at aktres.
Unang napansin si Shira sa RK Bagatsing movie na Kahit Maputi Na Ang Buhok Ko (The Music of Rey Valera), bilang batang Sharon Cuneta.
Pero hindi iyon ang first movie ni Shira. “My first ever movie was Sugat sa Dugo directed by Danni Ugali and was produced by Miss Bambbi Fuentes (her manager) and my mom.
“I have done three movies which are Sugat sa Dugo where I played the role of Anna and Tuloy, Bukas Ang Pinto, I was the young Rossana Roces there. Then iyong movie po na Kahit Maputi Na Ang Buhok Ko as the young Sharon Cuneta,” pahayag pa niya.
Dagdag pa ng singer/actress, “Then my first ever single ay ang “Pag-ibig” under Star Music… I was also a performer at Launch Out Loud.”
Isang versatile artist si Shira, pero ano ang mas malapit sa puso niya, ang singing or acting?
“I honestly really enjoy both, and it’s difficult to decide which I prefer. I have always enjoyed to sing in front of large crowds, and I have done so since I was three years old.
“Acting was my way of expressing my feelings and how I truly felt,” pakli pa ni Shira.
Anyway, ginawa ngayon ni Shira ang pelikulang Siga Raw Ng Tondo with Rene Imperial at marami pang projects ang dapat abangan sa magandang dalagita.
