“This book covers all of that and a lot more. What i do daily to reach my goals and fulfill my dreams. How getting out of your comfort zone is the only way to push your limits and really find out what you are made of.

The first time I had my chiro treatment from Doc Rob was right in the living room of their San Diego, California abode in US. I was with Ara Mina who’s a very food friend of Doc Rob and wife Patricia Javier.
Fast forward to today. When Doc and Patricia decided to uproot and make a life in the Philippines, I tohetjer with our celebrities frequent Doc’s clinic for the spine alignment check-up.
Apart from Ara, those who get their spines checked and aligned are Arnold Clavio, Coco Martin, Derek Ramsay, Dulce, Claudine Barretto, Gladys Reyes and family and lots of people.
Health is wealth. A visit to Doc Rob will answer a lot of quesrions nor just about your spine, bones and body. There is more to know when you visit and have your check-up.
We’ve been breaking our backs for so many uears already-with work, stress, accidents we don’t mind, etc. It’s about time we come to.learn more from Doc’s book on how to be well!
EDU MANZANO’s plan to run in politics again in San Juan answers the question if he indeed is a resident.
In a magazine feature where the good gentleman’s abode was featured, Edu said that he’s been a resident of San Juan since 2009.
No wonder these days people see him roam the streets of San Juan. Doing the rounds, making sure the constituents are enjoying their comfort zones with his medical missions, basketball leagues, palengke visits and just simple talks with the folks.
When he dropped by at the get-together of Jinggoy Estrada (he is a runjing mate of Janella Estrada Ejercito), the members of the press were just so happy to see him.
An animal lover and a patron of the arts, Edu’s refined life is open and shared to people who looks ar his house like a tourist spot because you wouldn’t miss it as it has the Filipino flag in front.
The allegiance to his country and his city starts from there.
Maaasahan in every way. And that’s not just a jash tag nor slogan. But his way of life!
