Edu Manzano gives update on Probinsyano: Marami kaming mawawala

HE wants to be the voice in San Juan.

The very reason why actor Edu Manzano filed for his candidacy in the Congressional seat months ago.

Together with Janella Ejercito Estrada and their team, the group has had a memorable Christmas experience with their constitue as they share Christmas cheers to their barangays.

Edu cannot say yet as to what will happen in his kontrabida character as Lucas in “FPJs Ang Probinsyano.”

“We all know naman na when the campaign period starts, our characters in the soap will be gone. Marami kaming mawawala. So, it’s a good chance na meron namang ibang characters na  mabubuo at papalit sa amin.

“In a good way, Lucas’ character is loved by the people I meet wherever I go. May concern pa nga na magbago na raw ako at palitawin na ang katotohanan. I feel good when I see a lot of them na concerned and involved. Sa bad side? Alam mo na ‘yung mga diehard na talagang magagalit sayo with what you do with Cardo Dalisay (Coco Martin). I am just thankful na for a long while I have been part of such a great teleserye loved by everyone. Na alam na ang buhay ni Cardo.”

His name is Edu Manzano.

I CAUGHT on Kuya Boy Abunda’s “The Bottomline” his conversation with some of our Senators’ first ladies.

One I admired in her answers to Kuya Boy’s interview, serious, trivial, funny was Tootzy Angara.

In her Facebook account, the lovely wife of the Senator had this to share:

“The secret to having it all is to know you already do 💖 Each family is different, embrace yours 💖💖💖

“Ours is definitely not a perfect family.. i somehow wished we were like those 90s TV commercials where the family sits at the dinner table everyday and cracks jokes and asks one another how their day went.. but the 5 of us hardly have meals together.. thats why holidays for me are magical .. eating together was the highlight of this holiday.. Love listening to the kids exchange banters.. We even had this debate about whats the best legacy parents can leave their children.. told them it was education and Manolo and Ines both said it was love, support and acceptance.. and i realized the’yre right!! 💖💖💖

“Each family is different.. there are kids who live with their grandparents, i grew up with a single mom.. some live with single dads.. others grow up with friends.. there are lgbt parents and lgbt children.. there are ofw families.. there are couples who choose not to have kids ..there are kids adopted and loved by couples and single individuals..there are also those who choose to stay unmarried and stay single..  but the beauty of it all is that when you feel secure and deeply loved, accepted and seen by your family you will grow up loving and compassionate.. learning to live meaningful lives .. giving them something to live on.. something to live for ❤️

Inspired by Fr Tito Caluag s homily today.”

Take a word or two and be inspired. Whether you are a Senator’s wife or not, uphold yourself as a woman and who you are meant ro be!

PEOPLE traipsing the 5th level of SM Megamall Building B are experiencing a different kind of magic.

With the sweet smell of MagicCorn, from the newly opened kiosk in front of the elevator where a crunchy, healthy, juicy, nutritious and 100% non-GMO concoction of the MagicCorn is served.

Siblings Pearl and Richard Villareal, rhe prime movers of MagicCorn Philippines found an angel in Ms. Wilma Galvante when they opened the business here (first in Clark).  And Ms. Wilma helped them in some ways with things they need to do to open MagicCorn.

Plans are underway to have more MagicCorn kiosks all over the country.

And the sibs are looking into getting an endorser who ain’t a bit “Corny!”

Do you have anyone in mind?

The likes of Joey de Leon perhaps?

Before you watch a movie or even after watching one, shopping or just malling, drop by the MagicCorn kiosk and savor the freshness-processed with special techniques to produce non-cut kernel by manually extracting kernel from its cob to retain the nutrients.

Deliberately delicious!
