Aiko Melendez celebrates Women’s Month with strong message about “pekas”

REJOICING we are as we celebrate not just Women’s Day but the whole of March.

Every now and then, we come across beautiful messages from empowered women.

Like Aiko Melendez.

“Happy Women’s Day sa lahat ng mga babae na matatag o me pinagdadaanan pero nagpapakatatag. ❤️

Id rather be ugly in your eyes madam but i can say iam beautiful, because i have the purest heart.

It pays to read and be educated also para po alam nyo po next time ang masasabi sa mga tao. ❤️”

Well said!

40 going on 18!

That is how TV host Marie Lozano describes how she feels with her body.

“I took a metabolic age test and I thought the result was a practical joke.

“Other than the bragging rights to claim my metabolic age is 18, it is more important to know that a lower metabolic age reveal your body is in good health.

“Higher metabolic age than your chronological age means you are prone to health problems and should change your diet and exercise habits.

“A study show Filipino millennials aren’t spared from the risk of premature ageing and this can cause them to grow slower and more prone to sickness because of poor lifestyle choices.

“While we search the world for the  fountain of youth, we should look within first at what we are  doing to our bodies. Let’s take care of ourselves by eating healthy, getting enough sleep and exercise.

“I am one with @Anleneph in fighting premature ageing!

#Howfastareyouageing #lakasliksinganlene.”

And Marie is lucky to have that sexy body just like the models out of a fashion magazine. A healhty bod at that.

Rejoice girls!
