Female CEO Rhea Tan ventures into food business, shares her climb to success
Beautéderm CEO and founder Rhea Tan owes her success to her parents who provided her with quality education. “Kaya na-inspire talaga ako na pag-aralin ‘yung mga anak ng employees ko because I really value education.”
Worked as marketing head before becoming the CEO of her own empire, Rhea took every knowledge and experience from her past works. “I know I made them proud, ‘yung mga former bosses ko. I was just selling stuff, kung anu-ano sa lumang bahay, tapos biglang ito na ang Beautéderm. What a sweet, fulfilling journey.”

Rhea’s journey became more exciting when her empire starting to get attention and big number of customers. “Hindi ko sino-solo ang journey ko. It takes a village to be successful. Hindi ko kinakalimutan ang mga taong nakatulong sa akin simula umpisa,” she said.
The Beautéderm boss added, “Always be grateful sa mga taong nakatulong sa’yo. Very important ‘yan. People always ask me, ‘What’s my secret to success?’ It’s really my grateful heart and my authenticity.
“You have to thank them. Authenticity naman meaning you don’t have to copy. What brings you joy, what fuels your soul—‘yun ang itayo mong negosyo.”
Rhea feels most powerful when she’s at home. Her houses, bags, and shoes always remind her that hard work really pays off. For Rhea, if you work hard, amazing things will happen. Adding to her list of amazing things this year is her new business Beauté Beanery, a fushion restaurant/cafe located inside her multi-million Beautéderm building in Angeles City, Pampanga.

Beauté Beanery is brewing soon with great food and drinks to choose from the menu. For updates, follow Beauté Beanery on Instagram and other social media accounts.

“I wanna inspire other aspiring female entrepreneurs na nagsisimula ngayon sa maliit. It doesn’t matter kung maliit, what matters most is ‘yung journey and path na pupuntahan mo. Dapat clear ang pupuntahan mo. What do you wanna be? What do you wanna build? Cheers to all female CEOs,” she ended.
