Actor Piolo Pascual decides to change his lifestyle

87
It has been 8 years when actor Piolo Pascual decided to change his lifestyle and concentrate more on the benefits of what a healthy life entails! A brighter and wealthier one!

The reason Sunlife Financial has gotten his service to be their endorser also. And that was where SunPiology came into being.

For this year, the company’s advocacy as far as SunPiology is concerned is to generate funds too to help Piolo and his family’s Hebreo Foundation in sending kids to school.

Check his lifestyle.

“I don’t do diets. I eat everything. For me that’s a reward. Put off make-up after shoot or taping before I sleep. And I sleep 8 hours a day. Basta wala ibang gagawin. I make it a point. And live clean! If I can inject atleast 2 hours of badminton, run or just step out of my condo just to walk and run. May paraan naman kung gusto, kung ayaw may dahilan. You also have to rest. But I don’t count the calories when I eat. I don’t believe in that. Alam mo naman kung ano ang kailangan ng katawan mo.”

Following his footsteps, son Iñigo also endorses Sunlife Financial for the youth market and is very much into sports but more of riding. His bike!

“He’s not much into running. As I am not into swimming. Ako, I can ride my bike all day. Minsan I bring it to the set para kung mahaba ang break I can ride in it. Heaven na sa akin ‘yun. Basta lang don’t abuse your system.”

People are looking forward to seeing him run with the love of his life.

“Ako rin naiinip na. Pero wala pa. Nasaan ang puso ko now? Baka nasa binti. ‘Yun na nga lang siguro ang kulang. Who wouldn’t want to have someone with you riding your bike or running together doing things you both enjoy. Basta ako now, I don’t look for it anymore. I don’t date. I don’t even have the time. I spend it with my son. Hindi ko lang masabing boring. If it’s there, I don’t see anything in the horizon. And I don’t wanna be pressured by it.”

He was asked about co-artist Agot Isidro who was being bashed left and right for calling the President a psychopath among other things.

His take.

“Every year, I make it a point na makasama ang pagpapa-drug test ko with my checkup. With regards to Agot, I feel bad for her. Pero gaya ng sinabi ni Pie (Cherry Pie Picache), respetuhan lang. I’m for Duterte ever since. We need a President! Regardless…and as far as our other celebrities are concerned, for me hindi na sila dapat na pangalanan. Kausapin na lang. Para hindi ma-embarrass. Yes, if I would be asked to be an Ambassador to be a good example, why not!”
